An estimate expired: how to resend it

Every estimate has an expiry of up to 14 days. Once it expires the client can no longer accept it online. To keep the deal alive, duplicate the estimate, set a new expiry and resend the fresh link.

Steps

  1. 1Open the expired estimate.
  2. 2Duplicate it to create a fresh copy with the same line items.
  3. 3Set a new expiry date (up to 14 days).
  4. 4Send the new link to the client.
