The service
Skuadra provides bilingual field-service operations software, including scheduling, crew dispatch, GPS check-ins, proof of service, estimates, invoicing and related features, offered as a subscription.
Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for your account, your credentials, and the activity of the users you add. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Plans, billing and trials
Paid plans are billed through our payment processor (Stripe) on a recurring basis until canceled. Trials, if offered, convert to a paid plan unless canceled before they end. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees and taxes. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Your content and data
You own the data you and your users put into Skuadra. You grant us a limited license to host, process and display that data solely to provide and improve the service. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your data and for having the rights and consents needed to enter information about your clients, properties and workers.
Worker location and employment compliance
If you enable GPS features, you are solely responsible for obtaining your workers' informed consent and for complying with all applicable employee-monitoring, labor and location-privacy laws in your jurisdiction before any location is collected. Skuadra provides consent and shift controls to help, but you remain the party responsible for lawful use.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Skuadra to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam, upload malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access, reverse engineer the software, resell the service, or interfere with its operation.
Intellectual property
Skuadra, its software, design and trademarks are owned by us and our licensors. These terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you beyond the right to use the service.
Third-party services
Skuadra relies on third-party services (such as Stripe, Supabase, Railway, Resend, Microsoft Clarity, OpenAI and OpenStreetMap). Your use may be subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skuadra will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Skuadra harmless from claims arising out of your data, your use of the service, or your violation of these terms or applicable law, including claims related to worker monitoring you enable.
Termination
You may stop using Skuadra and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or to protect the service. On termination, your right to use the service ends; you may export your data as described in our Security page before your account is closed.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Delaware will have jurisdiction, unless applicable law gives you the right to your local courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice. Continuing to use Skuadra after changes take effect means you accept them.
