Turn an accepted estimate into a job or invoice
When a client accepts an estimate, you do not retype anything. Convert it in one click into a scheduled job (to do the work) or an invoice (to bill it), keeping the same line items and pricing.
Steps
- 1Open the accepted estimate.
- 2Choose Convert to job or Convert to invoice.
- 3For a job, set the date and assign the crew; for an invoice, review and send.
