Send an estimate clients approve online
An estimate is a quote you send as a link. The client opens it, and accepts or declines with no login. You are notified when they view, accept or decline, and an accepted estimate can become a job or invoice in one click.
Steps
- 1Open Estimates and create a new estimate for a client.
- 2Add line items with their prices and set an expiry date (up to 14 days).
- 3Send it; the client gets a link to a branded, mobile-friendly estimate.
- 4The client accepts or declines with no login, and you are notified.

Does the client need an account?
No. The client opens a link and accepts or declines without logging in or creating an account.
How long is an estimate valid?
You set an expiry of up to 14 days. After it expires the client can no longer accept it online.
