Track a job from scheduled to completed

A job moves through clear statuses: draft, scheduled, en route, in progress and completed. The status updates as the crew works, so the office always knows where each job stands without calling around.

Steps

  1. 1Create and schedule the job; it starts as scheduled.
  2. 2The assigned worker checks in, moving it to in progress.
  3. 3The worker marks it done, moving it to completed.
  4. 4Completed jobs are ready to roll into an invoice.
