Create and schedule a job

To schedule a job, create it for a client's property, choose the service and date, and assign a worker or crew. The assigned worker sees it instantly on their phone.

Steps

  1. 1Open the calendar or Jobs and choose New job.
  2. 2Select the client and the property.
  3. 3Pick the service and set the date and time.
  4. 4Assign the worker or crew who will do it.
  5. 5Save. The worker is notified and sees it in their app.

Frequently asked questions

Can a worker see all jobs?

No. Workers only see the jobs assigned to them, not your full schedule, client list or finances.
