Automatic reminders to your clients

On the Manage plan and up, Skuadra sends two automatic emails to clients who have an email on file: an appointment reminder about a day before an upcoming job, and an overdue reminder when an invoice passes its due date. The overdue reminder always uses the remaining balance, so partial payments are never re-charged.
Steps
- 1Make sure the client has an email saved on their profile.
- 2Schedule the job or send the invoice as usual.
- 3Skuadra emails the appointment reminder about a day before the visit.
- 4If an invoice goes past due, Skuadra emails an overdue reminder and alerts you in the notification bell.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to set up each reminder?
No. They send on their own once the client has an email on file. Each reminder goes out only once per job or invoice.
