Skuadra is built so the people doing the work, and the people whose homes get cleaned, are protected. Here is plainly how we handle access, location and your data, with no buzzwords.
How we protect your business
Managed authentication
Sign-in runs on Supabase, a managed Postgres platform, with token-based sessions over HTTPS. We do not roll our own password storage.
Role-based access
Owners, admins, supervisors and workers each see only what their role allows. A worker sees the jobs assigned to them, not your whole client list or your finances.
Privacy-first location
GPS is scoped to job check-ins and consented, worker-started shift sessions with a visible banner they can end. There is no 24/7 background tracking, ever.
Your data, on managed infrastructure
Records live in managed cloud infrastructure (Supabase and Railway) with encryption in transit and at rest provided by the platform. We do not sell your data.
Proof, not surveillance
Check-ins and before/after photos exist to prove a job was done and protect both sides in a dispute, not to monitor people during their personal time.
Your records belong to you
Jobs, invoices and client data are yours. Invoices and estimates export to PDF, and you can leave with your information.
Where we draw the location line
Location is one of the easiest things to abuse in field-service software, so we made the boundary explicit. We collect a location point at job check-in and check-out, optionally validated against the property's geofence, and during shift sessions a worker chooses to start and can end at any time. That is the whole footprint.

Do workers get tracked 24/7?
No. Location is limited to job check-ins and consented shift sessions that show a visible banner and can be ended at any time. Skuadra never tracks anyone around the clock.
Where is my data stored?
On managed cloud infrastructure (Supabase, a hosted Postgres platform, and Railway), which provides encryption in transit and at rest. Your business data is not sold or shared for advertising.
Can a worker see my other clients or revenue?
No. Access is role-based. Workers only see the jobs assigned to them; client lists, pricing and financial dashboards are limited to owner and admin roles.
Can I export my information if I leave?
Yes. Estimates and invoices export to PDF, and your jobs and client records remain yours to take with you.
