Team & roles

What each role can do

Skuadra has four roles. Owners and admins run the business and see clients, pricing and finances. Supervisors help manage crews and jobs. Workers only see the jobs assigned to them. You pick a role when you invite someone.

Steps

  1. 1Owner: full access, including billing and the whole business.
  2. 2Admin: runs day-to-day operations, clients, jobs and invoices.
  3. 3Supervisor: manages assigned crews and their jobs.
  4. 4Worker: sees and updates only their assigned jobs.
